Assureful writes cover for businesses domiciled in the United States and in Hong Kong. We cannot currently insure sellers based in other countries, including Canada, the UK, mainland China, and the EU, even where those sellers sell into the US market.
Do Hong Kong sellers need US insurance to sell on Amazon?+
Yes, once US sales cross Amazon's threshold. The requirement follows your sales into the US market, not your business location, so Hong Kong sellers must provide US-compliant coverage and a Certificate of Insurance.
